Transformation
Breaking generational cycles through mentorship, workforce readiness, and family engagement — for young residents and returning citizens ready to write a different ending.
Our Mission
Cycle Breaker was built on a simple belief: cycles of poverty, incarceration, and trauma can be interrupted with the right relationships, skills, and opportunities at the right time. We work alongside participants — not just for them — to create durable change.

Key Initiatives
Matched mentors provide consistent guidance, accountability, and encouragement as participants set and pursue personal goals.
Resume clinics, interview preparation, job fairs, and employer introductions help participants secure and keep meaningful employment.
Family nights, parenting support, and restorative conversations help repair relationships and build a stable home environment.
Leadership academies and civic projects equip young residents with the skills and confidence to become advocates in their own neighborhoods.
