Transformation

Cycle Breaker

Breaking generational cycles through mentorship, workforce readiness, and family engagement — for young residents and returning citizens ready to write a different ending.

Our Mission

A different path, a different ending

Cycle Breaker was built on a simple belief: cycles of poverty, incarceration, and trauma can be interrupted with the right relationships, skills, and opportunities at the right time. We work alongside participants — not just for them — to create durable change.

  • Pair every participant with a committed mentor
  • Connect education and employment to long-term goals
  • Engage families as partners in the transformation process
  • Celebrate progress publicly and support setbacks privately
