Fines are imposed at sentencing and court costs are assessed in addition to any fine (Local Rules 44 and 46). Payment plans may be available through the Clerk's office.

First Offender Program
A chance to start over
The First Offenders Program diverts eligible defendants from the full impact of the criminal justice system. If the defendant complies with the orders of the Court, the underlying criminal charge will be dismissed.
