Transformation

Court of Transformation

Justice that restores, not just resolves. A specialized docket pairing accountability with treatment, housing support, and case management — designed to interrupt the conditions that bring people back to court.

Our Mission

Accountability with a path forward

The Court of Transformation recognizes that many people who appear before the bench are also facing homelessness, substance use, unemployment, and fractured family support. By combining court oversight with direct services, we create a realistic opportunity for lasting change.

  • Reduce repeat court contacts through root-cause support
  • Honor participant progress with structured incentives
  • Strengthen partnerships with treatment and social-service providers
  • Rebuild trust between the court and the community it serves

Key Initiatives

What participants can expect

Treatment & Recovery Docket

Participants receive structured supervision paired with substance-use and mental-health supports, with progress reviewed regularly by the treatment team.

Housing & Stability Navigation

Staff connect participants to emergency shelter, transitional housing, landlord mediation, and benefits enrollment so stability can outlast the case.

Employment & Workforce Bridge

Resume building, interview coaching, and employer partnerships help participants move into steady work while their case is supervised.

Family & Community Reintegration

Family engagement plans and peer mentors help rebuild relationships and establish the social supports that reduce recidivism.
